We have a service team of 10 service engineers including 3 fully qualified electricians and 3 qualified fitters and welders. All of our engineers have the use of their own company vehicles which are fully equipped with all necessary items to carry out their duties. This includes personal protection equipment, danger boards, barrier tape and the correct tools to carry out even the most challenging breakdowns. 
We also offer service maintenance contracts to our customers so their equipment is cared for and serviced regularly therefore reducing the requirement for emergency work. We find preventive maintenance is a key component for any business which relies on it’s lifting equipment working correctly.

We have just recently introduced a 24 hour call out service for customers with service contracts. When you sign up for a service contract you will be given a designated number to contact 24 hours a day. We also offer an on-call service 7 days a week for customer’s with 24-hour shift rotations or for requirements during shutdowns or maintenance periods.
