The Tirfor TU P Series is a manually operated wire rope hoist engineered for lifting personnel on temporary suspended platforms. Designed for use with Blocstop safety systems and Tractel wire ropes, it offers secure upward and downward travel in accordance with EN 1808. This series is commonly used on ALTA L and TANGOR platforms.
The TU6P, TU12P, and TU24P models, the range offers Working Load Limits of 600 kg to 2,400 kg. Each hoist features a jaw-type traction system, dual-handed jaw release for operator safety, and overload protection via shear pins. A telescopic control lever, anchoring hook or pin, and mounting stirrups complete the standard setup.
